Plenty Gorge trail run

My number wasn't at registration, so I got issued '999' on the day. Relaxed pace 17.5km run. All good until I hit a branch mid-stride at 16km. Great scenary and good atmosphere. 1hr 48mins.  Salomon Trail Running Series 2014. Plenty Gorge, Yellow Gum Park, Victoria, Australia.

Been riding bikes for 35 years. Countless flats during that time, but never with a thorn this big! Tyre massacre last night at Arabian Ranches.

Urban single track

Another new series on the site - urban off-road biking. Making the best of Dubai's 'half-finished' state. Umm Suqeim, Jumeriah and New Dubai have fair share of scrub land and 4x4 hard packed sand/dirt plots. Aim to shoot a video in the coming weeks.
