The medal! Worn on flights, locked in hotel room safe at all other times. 1.9km swim, 90km bike, 21km run. Sub 6hrs finish.

1.5km swim, 100km bike, 10km run. Lost bike in T1, insane shamal on the ride, hot run. 4hr 40mins.

Less than 1km into the bike leg and bitten on the leg by this nibbler. fine for the race, but then infection spreads...

Sprint distance plus. Howling sandstorm made the bike leg in a grind.
